Long hours at the office can mean fatigue, a tense neck and shoulders, and lower productivity. However, with a few adjustments to your workspace and a few tricks, your employees can stay in good health and maintain higher levels of energy throughout the days, weeks, and even years!

This workshop comes with a convenient aide-mémoire that your employees can keep at their desk, so they have a lasting reminder to take care of themselves and their body.

The presentation includes stress-relieving exercises which are designed to counteract long hours in front of the computer, and advice about work station setup and posture. It lasts 30 minutes and costs £150, and I can assess workers individually for an additional £20 (and about 15 minutes) per person.
